Our history

Founded in 2011, Prime Strategies Group has become one of New Zealand’s leading business advisory groups, with over 50 advisors across the country and a growing team in Australia. Our mission is clear: to contribute to New Zealand’s prosperity by improving the performance of SME business owners, the backbone of our economy.

Through our national network of business advisors, we form long-term partnerships with business owners, addressing all practical aspects of business management. Our focus is on creating sound strategies, guiding implementation, and measuring performance to ensure tangible results.

Operating in Canterbury since 2015, Prime Strategies Canterbury is deeply connected to the region. Our advisors have strong local ties, having grown up here, started businesses, and raised families.
